RASA
Hi ppl,
Already one week in Rasa…am I havin a great time? Don’t know. Have mix emotions. Well for those who do not know. I’m actually doing my training in Rasa, Selangor a little town off Bukit Beruntung. It’s a nice town with lots of nice things to eat. I’m working at GAMUDA Waters, a water treatment plant and I’m under the supervision of the plant manager, Mr. N. He is nice, but sometimes very very china man. He actually is an Ipoh boy and well somehow we just cannot connect that much. We have had lunch and dinner together and our conversations are always about work and life. Not that I appreciate it, but I see the man whole day (I also stay in his apartment). The thing I like about him is that he really wants me to see me learn to be independent and also learn the tools of the trade. Most of the time I just see him in the morning and then he leaves me to find out what I must I do to solve a problem.
The other thing I like is the people here. All of them here are so super friendly and they really treat me as part of the group. They are actually nicer people here than in Bukit Badong especially the technician i’m under, Ak. He is so nice and so patient cause I’m the kinda guy who will ask a lot of questions.
Well next week I’ll have new company, 4 newbies will be joining the group, so maybe i won’t be so bored after all. And with the new assignment that I have my time has just begun here in Rasa, I still have 9 weeks to go. So do pray for me and as I travel to Putra Heights every weekend, pray for journey mercy.
